I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Coral Bay - Paphos were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around Coral Bay is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 10 minutes walk away. The town is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise, and in 10 min walk, you are at the promenade/beach with all the shops and restaurants. Coral Bay - Paphos is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Cyprus cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

Villa is very well situated and near to the local beach and amenities. Very private. We will definitely stay again.

The Villa was overall stunning and provided us with a memorable stay. We had great service from Agni Travel. It was perfect for us, with plenty of room for a family of 4. There are 2 supermarkets not far from the villa, where you can buy everything you need.

Perfect place for relaxing. Vila is clean, spacious, and with added bonus beautiful backyard with a pool and plenty of space for wonderful meals. Agni travels service was excellent as always. Will consider booking with Agni in the future.

Lovely pool. The location of the property is excellent as well - so close to beautiful Coral Bay - Paphos. Spacious courtyard and terrace. Great holiday there.Will definitely come back.

A stunning property with everything you need. Private pool, within minutes to swimming spots, snorkeling, restaurants, shops etc. friendly owner and reachable.

Wonderful holiday. Lovely weather great pool. Owner very friendly and hospitable as always. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable and in walking distance of everywhere.

We enjoyed our holiday very much and found Villa Athina to be exceptionally clean and comfortable in a very convenient and peaceful location with lovely sea views. Kristos the owner was the perfect host. He welcomed us on our arrival and was always on hand for any problems that might arise. but he left us in peace to enjoy the villa and its lovely clean pool and garden. We had to call on him once when our electric shorted out but he immediately sorted it out for us. Kristos and his family all help to keep the villa and its surroundings in beautiful condition. We will definitely be booking to stay again the near future.

We really loved villa Athina. Its a great house, comfortable and with a practical layout. We were particularly impressed by how clean everything was. Many thanks to the owner Mr Christos. We will definitely book again!

Pleasant quiet villa in nice location. Relatively close to restaurants and souvenir shops although we were very grateful we had a car. Villa has potential just needs a little maintenance. Locals very friendly.

A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip which is nevertheless in walking distance as is the supermarket. The villa was spacious and nicely furnished (and spotlessly clean on arrival). Went there to chill out by the pool but also managed to find a social tennis group at the Crowne hotel and had a couple of nice tennis sessions. Will definitely be returning.

Good property in a nice location for exploring the west coast by car with a really relaxing secluded pool area with shade and sun with 4 loungers. Coral bay about 15-20mins walk or 25mins avoiding the busiest section of main road.

We really enjoyed our second stay in Villa Athina which is nicely furnished and well equipped and maintained and for us it provided all we wanted for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The owner Christos lives opposite the property and is very friendly and obliging. The view across his garden down to the sea is stunning The nearest Taverna is Phidias and the food there is as good as anywhere else in Coral Bay in terms of price quantity and quality - the staff are brilliant and Friday evening is Greek Night with live music and dancing. Good fun but you need to book in advance.

From booking and our stay was excellent nothing too much trouble for Agni Travel staff. On arrival owner Christos was there to greet us although very late run though lights aircon safe ect throughout the holiday Christos and his family was very friendly and helpful we had such an amazing time we are converts to villa style holidays thank you so much.

Villa Athina was all that it promised to be. The villa was spotless with everything we needed and a fantastic pool area. A great location with fantastic views over the sea and an easy walk down to Coral Bay or to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to Paphos for only 1.50 euros. Christos the owner was very helpful and provided great local information on the nearest supermarket and other amenities - nothing was too much for him. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent and loved the set up of Villa Athina. The pool and surrounding area are wonderful and we spent many an hour in the pool. Having both rooms as en suite is a real bonus and Christos has thought of everything in the property including washing machine, iron and barbecue.The property is spotlessly clean and well presented. The location is great for Coral Bay but is also central for trips to Paphos, Polis and Latchi. All of the family absolutely loved the holiday and cannot wait to visit again. There were no maintenance or property issues and the property met and even surpassed our expectations in some areas.

We liked the local area which for a relatively small resort (the type we like) had a good choice of bars and tavernas, an excellent and very large supermarket plus a great beach where the parking was free and never a problem finding a space. We visited the two main archaeological sites in Paphos plus the one small one in Coral Bay, enjoyed a visit to a winery up in the hills near Kathikas and drove up to Polis Latchi and Aphrodites Bath which all provided food for thought on a future holiday. Very impressed with the amount of information given and the photos. If anything and somewhat surprisingly the photographs make the rooms in the villa look smaller than they actually are. The property suited us perfectly and exceeded our expectations.

Had a fantastic week stay in this villa everything was perfect. Villa although a bit out of the way easy to get to the local supermarket Coral Bay and the local transport is convenient and regular. Would definitely stay here again.
