Had a great holiday, was incredibly hot so having the canopy in the garden was essential. Beach 2 mins walk with amazing sunrise and sunsets, fresh oranges from the grove. Walk into town was hard work in the heat but no problem getting taxis when it was just too hot.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to relax and recharge in a tranquil setting. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise!

Loved the location and our host Richard was very helpful ftom when we booked until our arrival. The owners frequently visited to ensure we were ok and were very helpful when things were pointed out to them that needed addressing. We will consider returning as we enjoyed our stay.

Ideal for private family vacation. Villa is well equipped and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next holiday as we really enjoy our holiday here.

The villa has everything a family needs, being away from home. We enjoyed most of our time in the outdoor spaces around the pool, and BBQ! Very impressed with the whole stay!!

All perfect!!! Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. We also spent an amazing time at Agia Marina and Paphos as well. There were nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. We plan to come back.

Close to the city of Polis and the beaches but in a quiet surrounding. I could not have been more pleased with your service and excellent friendly staff. He also bought us a complimentary package while we arrived at the villa which included bread, butter, jam, bottle of wine, etc

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent tavernas. We stayed in the Sun Beach Villa Tria which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the secluded location of Polis it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-20 minute drive you are at Agia Marina and Pomos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...We would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

Great location, near to the beach. Just what we look for when searching to rent a villa, cozy, clean, and well decorated. Really comfortable and private. Villa had a spacious terrace and a nice pool. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends... Nice and friendly people in Polis. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Polis and Pomos and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again.

The villa is well appointed and extremely clean. The kitchen has a very good selection of utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. The en-suite bedrooms are of a good size and have ample storage including in the bathrooms. WiFi was able to be picked up outside by the pool, a bonus for those wishing to stay in touch with the outside world. There is a good variety of seating areas outside, you can choose sun or shade easily. The villa is well-positioned, both for walking to the village for supermarkets, restaurants and other shops, and for walking to the beach. There is a large supermarket roughly 20 minutes walk away and a smaller mini-market closer by. The restaurants are many, providing an excellent range of food. The beach is best visited via the campsite which has a small snack bar and is also the start of a pleasant level walk to Latchi. The owners were very helpful and were quick to respond when we had a question, as were Agni Travel. We shall be booking again next year and would wholeheartedly recommend the villa as a base for a wonderful holiday.

We are very (!) pleased by the niceness of the landlord. We know it would not be possible in all cases nevertheless it is NOT self-evident to allow us an early Check-in and a late check-out And many thanks to the Agni Team for the quick and individual respones. We are deeply impressed

We had a fantastic holiday at Sun Beach Villa Tria. The house and pool were really well-maintained and had everything we needed. The location was great. Within walking distance of Polis and Latchi. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning from the oranges that we picked from the trees in the garden. I would highly recommend this house and the area.

Its the second time my husband and I have stayed in this villa. We absolutely love how close it is to the beach, that youre not overlooked by hundreds of other tourists, that the pool is a good size and not shared by others and how quiet the surrounding area is. The villa is clean and modern with excellent facilities for self catering such as a BBQ that we made use of on several evenings. The owner is friendly and popped over to check all was ok and gave us a lovely orange cake. The local supermarket (and town centre) for supplies is about 5 mins away by car but is walkable as long as you dont mind the heat. The villa is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Overall the villa was situated in a very private spot which was very relaxing . The proximity to the pebble beach was good too

We had a brilliant week at Sun Beach Villa Tria and we would recommend the villa to family and friends! The property is clean and well equipped. The garden is pretty and we loved the fresh oranges from the trees, ita€™s a lovely sunny spot to sit and the pool was fantastic! The villa is close to the shops and restaurants in Polis. We would definitely book again when we return to back to Cyprus!

This is a beautiful villa spacious and very comfortable. It was immaculately clean on arrival and had everything needed for a very relaxing holiday. The pool area is just stunning there is plenty of seating and a lovely area in the shade for relaxing. Both the bedroom have balconies lovely for a drink when the sun goes down. You can see and hear the sea which is so restful. The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees - we drank fresh orange juice every day It is very private and not overlooked. The owner Yiannis and his parents were just so lovely Yiannis checked that everything was fine his father keeps the pool immaculate and his mother made us the most wonderful cake ever Really lovely genuine people. The local area is charming and there are several very good tavernas close by. Cannot praise the villa and the owners highly enough and we hope to return one day. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and just as described. It is better than expectations.

The owner was very hospitable with nice touches of fruit home made cake and wine The directions were excellent except for the very last line which sent us to number 4 and not three but this was dealt with efficiently and quickly. It was an excellent and relaxing holiday in a quiet and pretty area.

We had a wonderful time at the nice villa. The owner was very friendly even bringing us a huge homemade cake, we could pick oranges and guavas in the garden, our baby could play in the grass in the garden and on the beach that was only a few minutes walk away almost like paradise!

The villa was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had everything you could need. On our arrival the owner had left wine juice water and fresh oranges he then called round to make sure everything was ok and delivered a lovely homemade cake and air con remotes. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner is very friendly as he popped over to ensure everything was ok and brought us a freshly baked cake and left wine and fresh oranges in the fridge The villa is clean and modern with a good sized swimming pool. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the road which was handy for a breeze if it got a bit hot by the pool. This is the second time Ive booked with Agni Travel and would again as the standard of their villas is exceptional. The photos are a little out of date as the garden has more plants in it now.

A lovely very private villa in Polis within walking distance of loads of tavernas. Great pool area with plenty shade available if required. Enjoyed picking oranges and lemons off the trees in the garden for freshly squeezed juice every morning. close to Latchi harbour where there are good seafood restaurants and boat trips. Totally recommended.
