The villa is in an ideal location and felt very safe and secure. The cleaning team were very polite when we arrived and allowed us to leave our bags there until they were finished around 4pm. The villa is very spacious and having the pool was a real bonus. You can reach Los Pocillos and Puerto del Carmen by foot and both resorts have wonderful beaches, bars, restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you

We really enjoyed the villa and exploring the nearby area. Villa Palmira was clean and the service was excellent. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. The agents were so attentive and gave us a lot of information. We liked that we can combine our holiday with different activities: from exploring different places and beaches to relaxing days at the villa. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next holiday as we had the best holiday ever!

All perfect!!! 5 stars! It was exactly what we needed. Modern, clean, and well-decorated. The pool was well maintained. The kids loved it and we felt very safe with the privacy of it all. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance: beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarket, so the plus is that we did not need to rent a car. Playa de los Pocillos and Playa Matagorda are some of the best sandy beaches that we ever visited. We plan to come again!

Lovely place. The description of the villa is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Puerto del Carmen generally. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. The pool was lovely and plenty big enough for us all to have fun! The nearest beach is just 400 meters from the villa. There are also several restaurants and bars nearby (within walking distance). We thank the owners who checked on us from time to time.

We had an amazing family holiday at this villa, it was close to everything. It is in a lovely quiet area. Very clean and well maintained.

From the many villas to choose from in Lanzarote. This villa caught my attention and so did it for my family. Once here we were convinced that we made a perfect choice. the villa was ready to receive us in the sense of cleanliness, comfort and luxury. Even the outside seating and the poolside felt comfy. No doubt that previous guests had a good experience. Sunset and sunrise were like a silent movie that passed before our eyes. Such a beauty that nature can offer. Adding to that, the seashore with sea birds flying around searching for fish brought us happy moments by filming the scene. Please be advised that a well planned holiday will offer you 100% enjoyment.

Excellent holiday loved the privacy of the villa and its location. Already booked further stays. Service was great, when kettle broke we had a new one within 3 hours.

The villa is lovely could do with a little painting, ita€™s in a lovely quiet area easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful holiday and would return to the villa again. I have recommended it to all my family and friends. We even tried to book it again for next June but it was booked out. I look forward to staying here again

We are really satisfied with our stay! The house was everything that we wanted, the pool and the beach are awesome! The check in was smooth and easy. I would really recommend this house if you want a nice family vacation.

Went with 2 friends. Had an amazing time. Villa is perfect. The pool (was hot!), walking distance to the nearby bars and restaurants and the beach. Was a wow holiday. Loved every moment.

We had a wonderful holiday and cannot fault the villa and will consider using your company in the future. The villa was just as described. Location was excellent so close to the beach and yet in a peaceful area.

From start to finish this villa has been amazing. Would definitely use Agni Travel again as I felt was quite stress free but as we didn't have any problems we did not need to contact during stay. Arriving at villa we had a code for gate and let yourself in which was perfect. Villa had just been cleaned as floor was still wet. Very pleased with villa as it had everything we needed. Pool was just amazing and we would stay in same villa again and we are already considering this for next year. Overall would give experience 10/10

It is a beautiful property well maintained and in an ideal location. The 4 bedrooms were of a good size and there was lots of wardrobe space. The air conditioning was easy to operate and worked independently in each room which meant that each family member could adjust the temperature to their own requirements. The villa was very secure and the pool was fabulous. The WiFi speed was also very good which was somewhat of a bonus as you don't usually get that in holiday properties. Overall we would highly recommend this villa to anyone. I would like to make specific mention of the excellent service we received from you in relation to our trip to Lanzarote. Your prompt replies to emails and the level of detail you provided was excellent and gave us great encouragement for our trip. The villa was really clean and the cleaners were excellent when they came to us. The pool was also very well maintained and cleaned regularly. During our stay the fridge stopped working. I contacted Felix on the numbers provided. Within an hour two people were there to try to rectify the problem. Despite their best efforts the fridge wouldn't work so when I rang again the following morning to advise this the villa owner came by to take measurements for a new fridge which was delivered that afternoon. We were really impressed by the speed and efficiency of this service and really grateful. Thanks to all the staff at Agni and Felix for making this a wonderful holiday.

Lanzarote is amazing place to go and relax and wind down. Villa Palmira is centrally situated within easy reach of both Puerto Del Carmen. The villa is well maintained and very clean and comfortable. The pool area is secluded.

Villa Palmira was in a perfect, quiet location 5 mins away from everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I will most definitely go back to Lanzarote and stay with Agni Travel again. Thank you for a thoroughly comfortable stay!

Just back from a fabulous week in villa Palmira The villa was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations for the trip. Everything provided was to a very high standard and the whole villa was kitted out with good quality fixtures and furnishings. It was very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there and could not really find any fault with the place. I would definitely recommend villa Palmira to family and friends and would be happy to rent again next time we return to Puerto del Carmen.
