We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. It was perfect for our family, with four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing plenty of comfort and privacy. The lovely terraces, the pool, and the outdoor areas made it a fantastic place to relax. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and the marina. This is definitely a house we would love to return to, and we highly recommend it.

Very good stay, fantastic villa in a great location. Very happy with all services and would definitely return

Lovely villa, clean and comfortable. Pool was great, brilliant to have a dishwasher and washing machine there for kids messy clothes etc. Very well equipped and secure. Location is excellent, 2min walk to beach and shops.

Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. No complaints!

Location was very nice!

Fabulous!!! The villa is in an excellent location for the amenities. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. Although it is so close to shops, bars it is blissfully peaceful, only the birds to listen to, just great. The pool is fantastic, really enjoyed floating around the pool reading my book. I will definitely recommend to everybody, I already have!!! I and my family will definitely be returning.

It was spotlessly clean and quite spacious. Also very private and well-kept home. Fantastic property in a lovely location with just enough tavernas, restaurants, bars...and nearby to almost everything beaches, seasides, promenades. We have booked again for 2022. Mallorca is perfect as ever; its why we come back year after year!

I cant say enough about Villa Roca Nova and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Cala D Or were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and around the marina is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only three minutes walk away. Cala D Or is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The property was within walking distance of the beach and restaurant. Lovely walk along the promenade and great restaurants around the Marina. If you want a beach holiday, everything you need is here, but if you have a car youre within easy reach of many other resorts to the north and south of the island. Agni was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

The location fully met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely places Cala D Or, Pollensa, and Alcudia are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Already when searching for a holiday villa we all agreed that this would be it. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best providers out there! Everything was as described and did not disappoint the villa and the facilities were excellent. The villa deserves a 5 star and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you again.

Very good location with a 10-minute walk to almost everything I needed. A comfortable villa with great outdoor space. As we were a large group we had everything well organized.Highly Recommend.

Great! Everything is fine!

We enjoyed very much staying at this beautiful villa! It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool. There were only 5 of us and we used the bedrooms only. The house is absolutely beautiful! It has swimming pool and a nice patio where we had breakfast and dinner when we didnt feel like going out. The kitchen is well equipped. It has all the tools necessary to cooking and eating. The villa is within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are stores within walking distance in case you need any supplies. The view from the terrace upstairs is absolutely beautiful! You can see the mountains and some of the ocean. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful villa, well located, close to everything required for a perfect self-catering holiday and close enough to restaurants and bars if like me you?re taking a break from the kitchen. Villa itself was spacious and clean and fully met our expectations. You must stay here on your next holiday. Highly recommend.......

We had a great time with a group of 8 friends. The villa is very nice with many areas to enjoy including the great pool area. Also it was nice that each room was quite private and had their own bathroom. Overall the holiday was very much enjoyed by everyone

TrA¨s satisfaisant. A recommandA©

We was Last year in Cala millor. We Love Mallorca. Every year it Is a nice Trip you can do so much Things. We Discovered a Little bit of Palma. We Rent a boat and Visited all the Bays near the coast.

We had a great holiday and a fantastic stay at villa roca nova. The service was very good!

We used Cala Dor as a base for our holiday, which was also our first visit to Mallorca, visiting beaches in the south of the island and, later during our stay, doing some short hikes in the north-west of the island (which can be reached within 90 minutes, cyclists permitting!). Villa Roca Nova is very comfortable and appears to have been updated since the photographs presented on the (HomeAway) website were taken. This is particularly true for the kitchen and the living room furniture. Although the pool (not heated) was not quite ready for use in mid/late April, Im sure that it would be great in the summer months. The kitchen is fully-equipped for those who like to eat at home and the barbecue provides a handy alternative. Bars, restaurants and a small supermarket can be found within walking distance (we didnt spot the bar 50 metres away though!).

Very satisfied
