the vIlla is extremely comfortable and full of entertainments for kids, teen agers and adults! We were there in april and thanks to the heated swimming pool we could enjoy the complete experience offered a€¦ the barbecue as well! Manuela and her husband are genuinely committed in creating a real home away from home for all the hosts. We were 2 families with 3 kids and we easily reach Assisi, Perugia, le cascate delle Marmore, Spoleto, Spello and so ona€¦ we will come back and we will warmly suggest the villa to all our frineds. thank you! A beautiful space and a lovely experience.

We had an amazing time Villa Patty in Assisi, Umbria! The villa was nice and clean and the garden itself was a haven, with a lovely BBQ area and private off-road parking, making it the perfect retreat from the world.

For our family, it was a special house with all the trimmings; clean, spacious, and nice rustic decorations. I would recommend staying here for sure.

The villa was spotless, cozy, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant holiday.
