First time booking a villa and Beach Villas was recommended by a friend (who co-incidentally stayed at Villa Iliada immediately before us)

It was our first time to Cyprus and all of us loved the location of Latsi, and Villa Illiada was perfect for us. It is a spacious home from home and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Agni travel were very well organised, the paperwork was timely and included everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Spacious villa and lovely garden. Would definitely stay again and would recommend the villa to anyone!. The villa is only a few minutes drive from Latchi Harbour and near to plenty of tavernas and restaurants. The outside space is surrounded by a wall and garden which gives privacy from other villas.

Thanks again ;) This was 2nd time at this villa and each time I enjoy it more and more. The outside areas are pleasant with sheltered eating areas. Very very happy.

Had a fantastic time - villa was absolutely spotless. Brilliant location, 15 mins walk to all the lovely restaurants at the marina - walk back was up quite a steep hill so wouldn't be good for people with mobility problems but great exercise after enjoying a lovely meal! Would definitely return as Latchi is a bit off the tourist trail it's very relaxing

It was all that we wanted and more. Quiet, relaxing and standard was excellent.

Iliada Villa is situate in a beautiful quiet rural location but extremely convenient for Latchi and Polis. It is a big property with plenty of space for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and we fully intend to return. We did not hire a car but used a local taxi service, who were excellent, extremely friendly and reasonably priced. Maria the owner was lovely and popped in to say hello and we can only say a big thank you to Maria and Beach Villas who made our holiday thoroughly enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Illiada and want to go back! The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was roomy and spacious, with a beautiful pool and amazing rural views. The cleaners who came by a few times were friendly and efficient, working to high standards. Maria the owner popped by to say hello and when we had a very minor issue, she dealt with it immediately. The walk to the shops and beach meant going down a farm track and cutting through a neighbouring holiday resort. This reduced the walking time massively from heading down the winding main road, and means that you dont need a car. The only thing that did mar the holiday a little was the local dogs that bark at night. Wed wake up at 3am because of them and theyd go for over an hour. Theres nothing anyone can do about it and Im sure if the air con was on you probably wouldnt hear them (we didnt need the air con as it was April). But it was a shame as it meant we didnt feel as refreshed as we would have liked. On the whole we had a brilliant two weeks and would definitely return.

Great villa in good location. The villa is nice and spacious, clean and has most utensils/equipment etc that you need to enjoy the stay. It is a short drive down to the town of Latchi, you can walk through the resort nearby too, which is a quick access too.

My Daughter and I stayed at the villa at the beginning of July 2017. Everything about the holiday was perfect the villa had everything we needed and its location was ideal less than 5 minutes drive to Latchis beach restaurants and bars and about a 10 minute drive to Polis village. The villa was cleaned to a very high standard twice during our 13 night stay. I would have no hesitation recommending Villa Iliada to others and would definitely look at staying there again hopefully as soon as possible. I would like to thank Maria the owner for allowing us to rent her beautiful villa.

We had a lovely holiday. The villa was very nice and was clean on arrival and was cleaned once during our one week stay. The pool was very clean and was cleaned at least 5 times during our one week stay if not more which was fabulous. We would definitely recommend to others.
