This is about the 5th time we have stayed at Villa Charoula. The setting is ideal. Surrounded by orange, grapefruit, lemon and olive trees. Near enough to Polis for the supermarket, banks, hospital, and local restaurants. From the terrace there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The pool, which is very private, is kept beautifully clean by Savvas, the owner, who along with his wife (Charoula) will do everything they can to make sure your stay is perfect. We LOVE it. For a quiet and peaceful holiday its very hard to beat.

Perfect 5-star villa,... Perfect must stay. The pool was very well maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. Polis is a great place, there are casual bars and taverns in small courtyards where there are local tapas and cold beer. We visited also Latchi a couple of times and tried almost all local specialities there. Would definitely use Beach Villas again and stay at the same villa.

We had a late arrival to the villa and Savvas the owner had left the key in the door for us along with a welcome pack in the fridge. This included milk bread eggs jams butter and a selection of beers and lagers. Savvas came to welcome us the following morning and also to clean the pool which he did on a regular basis. What a lovely man he is, such a character with a great sense of humour. His wife also baked us a cake which was delicious. The situation of the villa is perfect, so secluded and peaceful. There were 5 others along the quiet lane but because of the well matured gardens of beautiful orange and olive trees we were not overlooked at all. Great service from the Beach Villas team as we experienced a problem with the washing machine. We called customer services and they passed this onto Savvas the owner who subsequently dealt with the issue immediately and replaced the washing machine. It was faultless service. You can walk into Polis which took us around 30mins at a steady pace or 5mins in the car. We ate out at both Polis and Latchi which is further up the coast but we also cooked in the villa as there was a great supermarket in polis. All in all we had a fantastic time, great weather and wouldnt hesitate in returning. A big thank you to Savvas and the Agni travel team !

Fantastic location - shops and restaurants easily accessible. Very hospitable hosts - nicely stocked fridge and a home made cake ! Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Spacious and clean accommodation with lots of privacy. Large pool and gardens.

We loved the area. It met all our wishes for a restful family holiday in a charming rural coastal environment, away from highly commercialised resort areas but with good local facilities. The villa provided comfortable and well appointed accommodation with all the facilities one could expect. The extra touches from the warm, friendly and welcoming owners (welcome pack, delicious cake , fresh-picked fruit etc) added a really nice dimension. We loved it all.

Perfect holiday in a great villa and a very friendly and helpful host. Even had some food in the fridge when we arrived late with two little children. So we had enough for a small dinner and even breakfast the next day. Fresh orange juice every day from the oranges of the garden. Excellent
