The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! We also visited Plakka and Kalyves and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

I cant say enough about Ekklisies Tria Villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Kefalas were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa. The place is very charming clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Kefalas, Plaka, and Almirida had nice tavernas which are only a short drive away from the villa. We found nice friendly locals there helping us with directions and places to visit. Recommended us to try their local specialties and most important their local wines. Very satisfied with everything, people, place, and the villa. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The pool and outdoor room are awesome. Michalis and his wife treated us as close friends and offered us help and suggestions for our sightseeing in Crete. A fantastic holiday with even better customer care from the owner and his team. We had a nice family gathering by the pool and sitting areas.

We had an enjoyable holiday in a very good villa. Everything was clean and tidy and we particularly appreciated the change of linen etc, the air-con and a "proper swimming pool", not a paddling pool. I have been impressed with Beach Villas; the web site is easy to use and helpful.

Just returned from two fantastic weeks in Ekklisies tria . Pool was wonderful and our teenage children spent many happy hours lounging and swimming. The villa fitted the description on the website perfectly and was lovely. The gardens and grounds are also beautiful. The village location was handy with a local tavena bar and two mini markets. The villa was a fantastic base to visit some of the local area but also to chill out barbecue and relax. 5 stars to Agni travel and the owner for a very enjoyable holiday.
