Nerja is part of the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is on the country's southern Mediterranean coast, about 50 km east of Malaga. It has a subtropical climate, and a dramatic coastline of beaches, coves, and cliffs. Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalucian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. One of its most famous attractions is the Balcon de Europa, a former fortress and now a clifftop promenade with magnificent panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa was just as we hoped from the photos – bright, modern and well laid out. The pool became our favourite spot and we spent a lot more time at the villa than we originally planned. We also loved that we could head into Nerja in the evening without a long journey. Would definitely consider coming back.

Exactly what we wanted for our holiday. Modern, bright and very comfortable. We loved having breakfast outside in the morning and then coming back for a swim in the afternoon. Nerja is such a beautiful town and it was great being close enough to enjoy it without having to drive everywhere. We would happily recommend this villa.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Zurbaran Cuatro. The villa feels very new, clean and modern, with plenty of space for our family. The pool area was where we spent most of our afternoons and it was lovely having our own private space to relax. The location was also a big plus as we could easily get into Nerja for dinner and drinks. Would definitely stay again.
