Overall we had a great holiday. We loved the space in and around the villa and the views from the villa were amazing. The pool was fantastic and a wonderful sun trap. We would definitely return especially if the few minor issues above are addressed.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Suzan. The house is so comfortable, very clean and spacious. The caretaker was very nice and came quickly when we had a question. The view is amazing and the pool is huge. We also went to Club Capa, the hotel below villa Suzan, for lunch and a swim from their platform on two occasions. It too was a nice experience although the way there is steep even if its quite close. There are also unavoidable steps up to the house so if you have problems with stairs then maybe this isnt the place for you, otherwise I wouldnt hesitate to book. Everyone in our family thought it was the best place weve ever rented.

High quality, and perfectly well located villa. This high quality, villa is ideally located in a peaceful setting with panoramic views from everywhere. This Villa is gorgeous and spotless as well. The exterior is stunning as it boasts not only a very large inviting swimming pool, but also from the balcony has fantastic views of the sea and mountains.The staff was Agni are very helpful during, The Whole process. We love Kas. The restaurants, Kofte and local bars. We didnt have a car, no need, the local Domus stops just below the villa and its just a short ride into the village. Villa Suzan was the most stunning villa we have ever rented. Hubby called it his James Bond villa! You can surely guess what he means! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Beach Villas is one of the best travel agencies. The villa was absolutely amazing and the views are incredible. It does has stunning exterior with spacious pool. The interior was clean and simple. It is very well equipped and comfortable villa.
