The location fully met our preferences to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Dalyan, Gocek, and Fethiye are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Thanks for all. Also, I like the fact, it has enough outdoor furniture for all. Great amenities! We had a wonderful time, the villa has everything you need for a great stay, and is in a great location. Hit the pool in the morning and the beach in the afternoon. We also liked the Dalyan and the restaurants there. We tried very delicious Turkish food especially their Turkish sweets (baklava) .... soooo tasty. You have to try it. Great vacation overall and we are coming to Dalyan next year too.

Villa Canberk is a very well maintained villa. It has everything and more that you need. In most villas only little basic essentials are provided but with villa Canberk absolutely everything is provided. The villa is immaculately clean and the swimming pool is the cleanest swimming pool I have ever seen. The owner is THE nicest and most caring man you could ever meet.

Great location. Central to all ares of town. 3 - 5 minutes walk depending where you wish to go. Still peaceful for relaxation. All the restaurants in Dalyan are amazing and the locals so welcoming. Mr Omer the villas owner is a very helpful man. Thank you to the whole Beach Villas team.
